Seton Parish Festival $40,000 ++ Raffle

Purchase a limited supply of available tickets for our Raffle during our annual Festival for opportunity to win THOUSANDS of dollars in cash prizes. The annual Seton Parish Festival promotes community fellowship and fun while raising funds to support ministry and community outreach programs

TICKET INFORMATION

• $200.00 per ticket  —  OR  —  3 tickets for $500.00 (save $100)
• All tickets are sequentially numbered 001 through 575.

PRIZE SCHEDULE

• $500 x 2 Quantity – Early Bird Drawing — 2 separate drawings of $500 each. Need not be present to win. Winners notified by phone and mail. Both drawn tickets remain eligible for all festival drawings. Drawing on July 26, 2026 at 12:30 PM
• $500 x 12 Quantity – Attendance Drawings — 4 single drawings per festival day Aug 14th, 15th, 16th, 2026 respectively. Winner must arrive at stage within 10 minutes of PA announcement. If not present, prize is forfeited and not redrawn. Drawn tickets re-entered into pool regardless of claim.
• $5,000 2nd Prize — Runner-Up Cash. Winner need not be present. Winner notified by phone and mail. Drawn ticket remains eligible for Grand Prize. Drawing Friday, Aug 14, 2026 at 10:50 PM
• $5,000 3rd Prize — Runner-Up Cash. Winner need not be present. Winner notified by phone and mail. Drawn ticket remains eligible for Grand Prize. Drawing Saturday, Aug 15, 2026 at 10:50 PM
• $40,000 Grand Prize — Cash. Guaranteed if 385 or more tickets are sold. If fewer than 385 tickets are sold, grand prize equals 50% of gross ticket revenue. Winner need not be present. Winner notified by phone and mail. Drawing Sunday, Aug 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM

GENERAL RULES

• Only 575 tickets will be printed and sold. Once all 575 tickets are sold, ticket sales will close. No additional tickets will be issued.
• Only one (1) name may appear on each ticket. If more than one name appears, the first name listed will be deemed the ticket holder.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
• Ticket bundle pricing: 3 tickets may be purchased together for $500.00 (a savings of $100.00 versus the individual price of $600.00 for three tickets). Each ticket in a bundle receives its own sequential number and is fully independent — each is individually eligible for all drawings.
• Seton Parish Catholic Church reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any ticket purchaser or winner.
• By purchasing a ticket, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Seton Parish Catholic Church, which are final and binding in all matters.
• Seton Parish Catholic Church reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if, in its sole discretion, the integrity of the raffle cannot be maintained. In the event of cancellation, all ticket proceeds will be refunded.
• This raffle is conducted pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §2915.092. Seton Parish Catholic Church is a 501(c)(3) organization and is authorized to conduct this raffle without a state bingo license.
• Records of all ticket sales, expenses, prize winners, and net profit distributions will be maintained for a minimum of three (3) years following the conclusion of the raffle, as required by ORC §2915.10.
• Winners receiving $600 or more will be documented and reported to the IRS as required by law.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
• Must be a legal resident of the State of Ohio.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• 100% of net proceeds benefit Seton Parish Catholic Church.
• Drawings will be conducted by authorized parish representatives or their designees.
• All awarded prizes must be claimed by noon Sept 16, 2026 or as required by law. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited to Seton Parish Catholic Church
